Refund policy

Before placing an order, carefully consider your size and use the references we provide. Remember that each return and exchange has an impact on emissions and waste, so help us reduce it.

Items purchased at INCUBU must be returned at the customer’s expense in perfect and unused condition, free from damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

To make a partial or total return of an order, the items the customer wishes to return must be sent via courier in a secure package to the following address:

to the name of URAZOVA ALINA. CIF: Y8368101W

To process the request, send an email to incubu.clothing@gmail.com with:

• The invoice
• Name of the product you want to return
• The reason for the return.

The refund will be made using the payment method used to make the purchase within a maximum period of 7 working days from when the item arrives at our warehouse.

For any item(s) purchased on sale, the total refund will be the same as the purchase price, taking into account that the shipping cost will be deducted, which will depend on each geographical location.

It is important to note that we will not accept returns of INCUBU garments that were not purchased through incubu.es.
