Shipping policy

When you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will get to work so you receive your order within 2-5 business days in Spain and 5-10 business days in the European Union from when it leaves our warehouse.

Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed the next business day, extending the delivery time by 24 hours.

Afterwards, you will receive a notification from the carrier that your order has been shipped. This will include all the instructions to review it and track it in real-time. If, after the specified time for each country, you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number, and we will check its history to find a solution as soon as possible.

INCUBU will not be responsible for delivery errors when the delivery address provided by the User in the order form does not match reality or when certain data has been omitted.

We will do our best to deliver your order within the established times, although we cannot be held responsible for delays due to reasons beyond INCUBU’s control or due to force majeure. These times may be longer during sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions.

MINIMUM ORDER

We do not have a minimum amount for you to enjoy your clothes.

Our order preparation hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on business days. Any order placed outside regular hours, on a holiday, or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
